TRAINING BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
My budo journey started as a teenager in Tadahiko Ohtsuka Sensei's Goju Kensha Karate via Grant Power Sensei in New Zealand and is now influenced by Kyoshi James Sumarac (personal student of the late Otsuka Tadahiko Sensei) from Goju-Ryu Karate-do Kakurin-Kan in Australia.
My martial arts training over the years has been shaped by a number of instructors from different parts of the world through my travels to Japan, United Kingdom and Thailand to study/research and teach.
My intention is to not only prepare people mentally and physically for the challenges we face in today's world but to bring together people who want to learn from each other and live according to the spirit of budo: a spirit of humility, sincerity and service.
Our motto is a saying of Ueshiba Morihei O'Sensei: Masa katsu agatsu (): “True victory is victory over the self.”
Apart from my own training and research I mainly teach defensive tactics and self defence on an appointment only basis in a small indoor and garden dojo.

RESPECT THE OLD, CREATE THE NEW
TRUE VICTORY IS VICTORY OVER THE SELF.
